Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how DPNS Global Tech Ltd (“DPNS”, “we”, “us”) handles information in connection with Sentinel AI Wallet (“Sentinel”).

Local-first design

Sentinel is designed around local-first storage and owner-controlled access. Sensitive wallet credentials and recovery material are intended to remain under the user's control. Users should never send a recovery phrase, private key, PIN, or other wallet secret to DPNS by email or through a support request.

Information and device capabilities

Depending on the features used and permissions granted, Sentinel may process information necessary to provide wallet, security, identity, voice, device, and related application functions. Android permissions are requested only where required by an enabled feature. Permission availability does not mean that DPNS receives the underlying information.

Wallet and blockchain information

Public wallet addresses, transaction identifiers and blockchain transaction data may be processed or displayed when required to provide wallet functionality. Public blockchain records are maintained by the relevant blockchain networks and cannot generally be erased by DPNS.

Data sharing

DPNS does not sell users' personal information. Information may be disclosed where required by applicable law or where necessary to protect users, the service, or legal rights, subject to applicable legal requirements.

Security

Sentinel uses security controls intended to protect locally stored sensitive information and owner-authorized operations. No electronic storage or software system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Data retention and deletion

Data stored only on a user's device can generally be removed through Sentinel's available deletion/reset controls or by removing the application, subject to the behavior of the operating system and backups controlled by the user. Public blockchain records cannot be deleted by DPNS. For other deletion requests, see the Data Deletion page.

Children

Sentinel is intended for adults and is not directed to children.

Changes

This policy may be updated as Sentinel develops or legal requirements change. The current version will be published at this URL with its effective date.
