Data Deletion
Sentinel AI Wallet · DPNS Global Tech Ltd
This page explains how a Sentinel user can request deletion of personal data associated with the application.
Locally stored data
For information stored only on the device, use Sentinel's available reset/deletion controls, Android's application-storage controls, or uninstall the application, as appropriate. User-controlled device or cloud backups may need to be removed separately by the user.
Request deletion of DPNS-held data
If you believe DPNS holds personal data associated with your use of Sentinel, submit a data-deletion request using the official support contact shown in Sentinel or its Google Play listing. Provide only enough information to identify the relevant data. DPNS may need to verify that the requester is entitled to make the request before deleting information.
Never provide your recovery phrase, private key, PIN, password, or other wallet secret.
Deletion and retention
Data that DPNS controls and is eligible for deletion will be handled in accordance with applicable data-protection requirements. Certain information may need to be retained where required by law, for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or establishment or defence of legal claims.
Blockchain data
Public blockchain transactions and records are maintained by decentralized or third-party blockchain networks. DPNS cannot delete or modify records already committed to those networks.
For deletion of an account, see Account Deletion.
